During the quoting, application, or claims handling processes you may give us Information such as your:

If you give us your email address, CLEVER may use it from time to time to notify you of new services, special offers, or to confirm transactions. If you do not wish to be contacted for non-policy related communications, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions at the bottom of the CLEVER email you receive.
If you are a policyholder, you can also log in to your account at mycleverinsurance.com to update your email address and the amount of email communication you would like to receive from us.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TRANSACTIONS
We may collect Information about your transactions and experiences with us and others, such as your payment history, claims, coverage and vehicle changes.
INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES
We may receive Information about you from consumer reporting agencies, which provide us with motor vehicle reports, claim reports, an/or credit information where permitted by law. When you ask for a rate quotation, we may obtain credit information if permitted by applicable state law.
Our Clever Support Representatives do not have access to the details of your credit information. If you commit to purchase a policy with CLEVER, we will also confirm your motor vehicle record and claims history. As permitted by law, we may also review your motor vehicle record, claims history, and/or credit information in connection with any renewal.

THE INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

The Information collected about our customers, former customers, and applicants will only be disclosed as permitted or required by law.
For our customers and former customers, the majority of this collected Information is maintained in your policy and/or claims records. We use this Information to process and service your policy; to settle claims; with your consent; or as directed by you.
Following are some examples of how we may disclose Information:
  • We may share Information with third parties necessary to perform transactions you request or authorize.
  • Address
  • When you are involved in a claim, policy Information is provided to adjusters and the businesses that will handle your repairs
  • We may also share your Information with another insurance company if you are involved in an accident with their insured.

SMS AND VOICE COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your phone number and opting in on our website or through our services, you consent to receive SMS messages and/or voice calls from Missouri Farm Bureau Services, powered by our communications provider, Twilio. These messages may include service updates, billing notices, appointment reminders, or informational alerts related to your relationship with Missouri Farm Bureau Services. Promotional content may also be sent, but only if you have explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications.
We will only send messages to users who have:
  • Provided a valid phone number, and
  • Explicitly opted in to receive SMS or voice communication from Missouri Farm Bureau Services, either via an online form, keyword opt-in (e.g., texting a keyword to a Twilio-powered number), in-person enrollment, or by checking a box indicating consent.
PROOF OF CONSENT
To comply with Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy and industry regulations, we maintain records of all user opt-ins. These records may include:
  • The phone number provided
  • The date, time, and method of consent
  • The content or prompt shown at the time of opt-in
  • The service or campaign the user opted in to
These records are securely stored and may be used to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations (including TCPA) and Twilio’s requirements.
OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Missouri Farm Bureau Services at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us directly to revoke consent or manage your communication preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
